Geneva, Switzerland, March 2025 – Alsatis, a key player in next-generation telecommunications and IoT services Provider in France, and OrbiWise, a leading provider of advanced technologies to the IoT Industry featuring LoRaWAN®, announce their strategic partnership to boost the deployment of LoRaWAN® networks across multiple departments in France. The partnership will initially focus on Smart Cities and Territories and Smart Utilities with future developments in Smart Building, Smart Territories and Industru 4.0 markets.
With the partnership, the companies aim to build a state-of-the-art LoRaWAN® network. The first solutions for Smart Parking and Smart Lighting as well as Environmental Control and Smart Agriculture are currently being deployed, with the aim of covering some Departments. Hundreds of gateways are already installed and connected, while hundreds more will follow, along with several thousand of devices by the end of 2025.
